The vast majority of exhibitors book a show because their competitor does or because they are expected to be there. They may not know who really goes, they don’t know what image to portray, they may not have even thought about what products or services to display, it can all be a bit of an empty playing field!

Paying good money and then turning up at your show without objectives is like playing rugby without knowing who is on what side or in what position and of course you’ll never know if your team won or lost!
